From July 16th to September 2nd bookings are full weeks only, Saturday to Saturday.
You can book online if you go onto our website, in which case the system will take a 25% deposit and send you an email in confirmation.
If you telephone to book we are not able to take a deposit over the phone. We ask you to send a deposit within seven days.
The balance is payable on arrival, except for the Christmas period when we ask for the balance by the end of November. Cash or cheque made to Park Farm Holidays please.
Our charges include cover against cancellation or curtailment of your holiday. The cover for the main part of your payment, not for the deposit and the cover operates if the following conditions apply.
Death, illness, injury, pregnancy, childbirth or compulsory quarantine of any guest, close relative, close business associate or fiancé of a guest. A claim must be confirmed by a registered medical practioner.
The insurance does not cover suicide, deliberate self injury, intoxicating liquor or drugs, or pregnancy or childbirth where the expected date of birth is within two months of the end of the holiday.
We welcome dogs, provided that you bring their own beds, and do not allow them on chairs etc unless you cover them with your own rugs. You must also clean up after them. They must not be left unattended in the Cottages or Cabins. You are deemed to have accepted these conditions when we receive your deposit.
The usual time for arrival is 4pm. If you arrive earlier your accommodation will probably be ready, but we cannot be sure. Please let us know if you expect to arrive after 6pm. We ask you to leave by 10am on the day of departure, this gives us time to check everything and do any maintenance that might be necessary.
